Thank you! 18 weeks ago I searched for a marathon training program that was heart rate based. I started heart rate based training 4 yrs ago and I believe the heart is the best indicator of the body. I have a herniated disc, repaired ACL and hip displasia. I ran about 3mi per week my goal was to run 26.2 injury free miles. I’m at week 18 and I owe it all to your program. I’m not running a race for the 26.2 I’m doing it for myself. Thank you for a wonderful program focused on heart and health!
